LAKE PARK HANG TAGS
Dear Homeowners,
We hope this message finds you well. As a reminder, all vehicles entering the Lake Park must display a valid hang tag. Please be advised of the following important details:
1. **Hang Tags Requirement**:
- All vehicles, except for golf carts, must have a CURRENT hang tag.
- Old hang tags are NO longer valid.
2. **Tag Collection**:
- If you have not yet picked up your new hang tags, please do so at the office during the designated times:
- **Tuesdays and Thursdays: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM**
3. **Hang Tag Allocation**:
- Each household is allotted a maximum of two (2) hang tags.
4. **Guest Transportation**:
- We encourage homeowners to shuttle their guests from their property to the park to help manage the limited parking spaces available.
5. **Enforcement**:
- Please note that vehicles without valid hang tags will be towed at the owner's expense beginning August 1st, 2024
Your cooperation in ensuring that all vehicles display the correct hang tags is greatly appreciated. This measure helps us maintain order and security within our community.
